1/2 block tofu, 2 tablespoon cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoon grape seed oil, 1/2 bulb onion, 1/4 zucchini, 2 mini paprika, 1 asparagus


1. Drain moisture from tofu and grind on low power with other ingredients
2. Let the marinated mackerel sit for 40 minutes.
3. Rinse the marinated mackerel under running water.
4. In an oiled and preheated frying pan, grill mackerel, skin-side first, until crispy.
5. Stir-fry vegetables with salt and pepper.
6. Put creamed tofu on plate, followed by grilled mackerel; garnish with stir-fried vegetables.
